Glacier National Park

We took a trip up to Glacier National Park! It’s an incredibly amazing place, with gorgeous views and overlooks. We were all astounded by the amazing views and beautiful lakes. It’s been on my bucket list for so long! I’m thrilled to have finally visited it.

It was really crowded, so we didn’t get to do a lot of hikes, but it’s incredible place. My brother and I climbed up on Weeping Wall and splashed around…Glacier is such a fun place!

Despite all the pictures my parents had seen on Instagram of Lake McDonald’s “vibrant” rocks, it seemed to us like it might be a scam. It’s possible that there are rocks like that somewhere in the lake, but we didn’t see them. These were really pretty, just not so different from the other lake-bed rocks. (Maybe we didn’t know where to look…?) Just the same, the water is that incredible “glacier” color everywhere you go, and it’s gorgeous.

We were impressed with the whole area. I enjoyed the whole day a lot! It’s very similar to the Pacific Northwest (we love the PNW) and we had the best time there! I’d love to come back one day!
